REM Pipeline Consultants, LLC offers complete Front End Design Management Services.  Many clients use a “Gated” project approval system whereby the merits of the project are evaluated at various stages of the design process to ensure that the project can meet the stated goals related to cost, schedule, market conditions, operability, satisfaction of customer needs and return on investment. 

REM Pipeline Consultants has worked with several different Client variations of this system and are skilled in performing the initial high level analysis required by the early stages of the design process.  REM Pipeline Consultants are also experienced in managing and supervising the detailed design and approval phases of a Front End Engineered Design process.

Mr. McFadden has personally performed and supervised others in the preparation of numerous projects that have included the Front End Engineering gate systems for both onshore and offshore projects in numerous international and domestic locations for natural gas, oil and refined products projects.
